 Preparation: Please label or mark your items clearly to ensure everything is stored correctly. Double-check that no items are left out or incorrectly included. Ensure ‘white goods’ (like fridges, freezers, and washing machines) are switched off and thoroughly dried to prevent mildew. Also, clean and dry outdoor items such as bikes and garden tools. For insurance purposes, please provide an estimated value for your items. For security and safety reasons, please avoid storing valuable items such as jewelry, money, deeds, or important documents. We also cannot accept hazardous materials like paint, aerosols, gas bottles, or weapons. Additionally, no plants, food, or living items are allowed in storage.
